Applying for jobs with The Bloom Guild is available for anyone with a membership.
Apply for a job in four simple steps: 1. Sign up for a membership on our website by clicking “Get Started” on the homepage. 2. Create a profile that accurately represents who you are. 3. Browse for jobs that suit your skills, abilities, desired location, etc. 4. Fill out an application and hit submit!
Yes. Once you register for a membership, you can browse before submitting a resume.
With your account you can create a professional profile for employers to view, browse floristry jobs with advanced search options, apply to jobs, and connect with employers through instant messaging.
For those looking to apply for multiple jobs, there is a yearly package available. This allows you to submit unlimited job applications and will cost $299 annually. For people who don’t want the full service but still need some help finding their perfect match, we also offer monthly packages which allow one application per month at only $29 each time until you find your dream floristry career.
We accept all major credit cards. We are looking to add more payment options in the future!
Go to the Browse Jobs page to begin your search. Once there, the advanced search option is the best way to find the job for you. You can specify keywords, location, and category with this search tool that will make finding your perfect position easy!
Of course! Simply click the pink Bookmark button on the top right of a job posting to save jobs to a personal list made for you, by you.
Although, TBG does not create the qualifications required for each job. There will be an approval process to ensure that experience level and skill level is accurate for the title and position in which a candidate is applying. This ensures top talent applicants within each position and saving the employers time and money searching for their ideal candidate.
As you fill out a job application form on our website, you will be given the option to Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file. You can also upload your resume directly on your profile. The maximum file size is 500 MB.
Make your profile come to life by adding in photos, links to portfolios and social media, related documents and more! When uploading pictures, choose images that have proper lighting, solid and clean surroundings and backdrops and are a true representation of your work. Be honest about your work. The employer could ask you to upload a video of you creating your designs to ensure its originality and technique. You can use the video function to introduce yourself and share your awesome personality as well.
Keep track of the jobs you have applied to by clicking on the Applied Jobs button. This will give you live information on whether employers have viewed your application, messaged you, or if the job has been filled by someone else/expired.
Employers may view your application once you have submitted it. They are able to respond to you after that point, but if they are uninterested and/or have received a large number of applications, employers may choose not to respond.
When looking at the status of your application, it will say it expired once the position has been filled or the job posting has been open for 30+ days with no action from the employer.

TBG approves resumes as they come in from candidates by reviewing uploaded pictures, experience levels and previous work history in the title they are applying. As an employer, there is nothing more frustrating than having under qualified applicants desiring a job in a position they can not qualify. We do that hard part for you.

Posting a job is easy! Simply create an account, click Post A Job, fill out your information, and wait for the candidates to submit their applications.
We have an approval process to ensure that your company exist in the industry you are posting a job for and an up to date employer Identification number is on record before your job can be posted.
Yes. You must have a membership in order to post a job.

Yes. You can either create an application through The Bloom Guild, or you can link a pre-existing application.
The candidate will be able to view the exact job description you have provided and apply from there.
You can list as many as you want according to your purchase or subscription plan.
Make your job description look more attractive to candidates by completing all of the information fields, linking to your company website and uploading images. The Bloom Guild will do the work of connecting you with the perfect candidate!
